Pricing questions
What's the difference between the platform fee and the engagement fee?+
The platform subscription (Free, Growth, Scale or Enterprise) covers posting roles, sourcing and matching. The per-engagement fee is separate: it pays for the actual employment structure, payroll and compliance once someone's hired, and it only applies to engagements you actually run.
Can I change tiers later?+
Yes, anytime. Upgrade when you need more active postings or seats, downgrade when you don't. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, no penalty either direction.
What happens if I go over my active posting limit?+
Nothing breaks. We'll prompt you to upgrade before a new posting goes live past your tier's limit. The Free tier includes 1 active posting; Growth includes 5; Scale and Enterprise are unlimited.
Is there a setup fee or minimum commitment?+
No setup fee on any tier. Monthly billing has no minimum term. Annual billing gets two months free in exchange for a 12-month commitment, and that's entirely optional.
What if I want to convert a contractor to a direct employee?+
A conversion buyout applies on a sliding scale: 20% in the first 12 months, 10% from 12–24 months, 0% after that. It's disclosed up front in every contractor-of-record agreement, never a surprise invoice.
Workers always pay zero
Corpshore charges the client, never the worker. No joining fee, no commission on earnings, no premium tiers for talent. That commitment is permanent.
